Shipping Information

Seed Duchess ships collectible cannabis seeds to select U.S. states only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS with discreet, plain packaging. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

We currently do not ship to the following states due to legal restrictions:
Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Texas, Wyoming, Indiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin.
Orders placed from these states will be canceled and refunded.

Return & Exchange Details

Due to the sensitive nature of collectible genetics and the potential for tampering, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@seedduchess.com​ and we will do our best to make it right.

  • A clear photo of the issue - Show an image of the damaged package upon arrival
  • A description of the problem

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, Seed Duchess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please reach out to USPS or your local delivery service provider.
