3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to the following states due to legal limitations:
Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Texas, Wyoming, Indiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin.

Orders placed from these states will be canceled and refunded.

4. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

Seed Duchess shall not be held liable for:

Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products
Misinterpretation of labeling or disclaimers
Legal issues stemming from misuse, resale, or cultivation
